Rey & Co. offers 180 days Warranty period for every piece of jewellery.

However, any physical damage is not covered under warranty

What's the order Processing Time ?

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 20:00 will be processed the next business day. Standard Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days. However processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.

What's the Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to mail us at reyandco.silver@gmail.com.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. However a convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be applied for the return.
